Angela Merkel is still Forbes` most powerful woman
First female German Chancellor Angela Merkel continues her reign as the most powerful woman on the planet, Forbes Magazine reports.

Merkel, the longest-serving elected European Union head of state, has been included on the list for 12 years in a row; nine times as No. 1.

Following her is former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Bill Gates`s wife, American businesswoman Melinda Gates. Meanwhile, Oprah Winfrey leads the pack in the media industry at 12th while Beyonce takes the lead in the entertainment industry at 18th.
