Karabakh conflict hinders development of Caucasus region - Hollande

As a co-chairing country of OSCE Minsk Group, France supports the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through negotiations, French President Francois Hollande said in his congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Republic Day.

Hollande added that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict hinders the development of the Caucasus region.
