The letter reads:
“Your Highness, I am pleased to extend my heartfelt congratulations to You and the people and government of Azerbaijan. The UN marks its 70th anniversary this year. And it only makes us responsible for renewing our obligations on construction work and doubling our efforts for peace, development, and human rights. I am confident our joint efforts for stable development will contribute greatly and continuously to the interests of the whole world.
Each country contributes to our joint efforts in their own unique way. I will continue to rely on Azerbaijan’s active involvement and leadership. Common goals can only be achieved on account of joint efforts.
