“I was deeply saddened by the news of heavy casualties as a result of a road accident in Transbaikalia,” President Aliyev said in his letter of condolences.
“I extend my sincerest condolences to you, families and loved ones of those killed, and wish the injured swiftest possible recovery,” the Azerbaijani leader said.
