The main goal of the meeting is to achieve progress in the settlement of the conflict, Mammadyarov said at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
“The status quo is unacceptable, and everyone understands that the conflict needs to be resolved. In order to ensure security, the armed forces must return to the barracks. I hope that we will discuss these issues tomorrow,” the Azerbaijani minister said.
