'Military-technical cooperation is one of the main fields of strategic partnership between Russia and Azerbaijan, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a press conference in Baku following a meeting with the Foreign Minister Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, AzVision.az reports.
Russian FM Sergey Lavrov also reacted to Armenian PM Pashinyan's statement who urged CSTO ( Collective Security Treaty Organization) member states not to sell weapons to Azerbaijan.
'We implement military-technical cooperation keeping the balance in the region in accordance with international law, ' Russian FM added.
