Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on marking the 140th jubilee of Azerbaijan’s national media.
The Presidential Administration, along with the Fund of State Support for the Development of Mass Media under the President and the Azerbaijan Press Council, is due to present to the president proposals on ensuring the holding of jubilee events in Baku and the republic’s regions and on awarding journalists who have contributed to the development of Azerbaijan’s national media on the bases of proposals from journalist organizations and editorial offices within a month.
