Invitations have been sent to foreign organizations to observe early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan to be held Feb. 9, 2020, Rovzat Gasimov, deputy chairman of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC), said at a meeting Dec. 13.
