The draft notes that the advertising of all kind of military supplies and equipments (except for sporting guns) in the territory of Azerbaijan Republic is prohibited.
Permitted hunting and sporting guns can be advertised only in specialized publications and places allocated for their sale, demonstration and testing.
The draft also prohibits the advertising of fireworks.
The draft law was discussed at the joint meetings of the Economic Policy Committee and Committee on Legal Policy and State Building on June 21 and recommended to the parliament`s plenary meeting.
It will be discussed at the plenary meeting of the parliament`s autumn session.
