'Recently 'ASAN Service' was launched in Shamakhi, Azerbaijan. President Aliyev commanded that 'ASAN Service' should be launched in all regions within short period of time, Ulvi Mehdiyev, head of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan told reporters.
