Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will visit St. Petersburg on Friday to attend an informal meeting of the CIS Heads of State, AzVision.az reports.
President Aliyev will also hold a bilateral meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of event.
