Azerbaijan, Russia sign bilateral documents
Following the expanded meeting between presidents Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijan and Russia have signed bilateral documents.

President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev and President of Rosneft Oil Company Igor Sechin signed "The Agreement on Cooperation between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Rosneft Oil Company" and "Main Terms of Oil Transportation between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Rosneft Oil Company".

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov and Russian Minister for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters Vladimir Puchkov signed "Complex Plan of Cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry for Affairs for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation for 2013-2015".

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov and Russian Minister of Transport Maksim Sokolov signed "The Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Aviation Search and Rescue".

Azerbaijan`s Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov and Russian Minister of Transport Maksim Sokolov signed "The Agreement on Construction of a Highway Bridge over the Samur River in the area of Samur (the Republic of Azerbaijan) - Yarag-Gazmalar (the Russian Federation) Border Checkpoints through the Russia-Azerbaijan Borderline between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Russian Federation".

Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov signed "The Programme on Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation in the Humanitarian Field until 2015".
