Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to President of the People`s Republic of China Xi Jinping.
The letter reads:
“Dear Mr. President, I am deeply saddened by the news of heavy casualties that resulted from the capsizing of a travel vessel in the Yangtze River. On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to You, the families of the dead and the people of China”.
