Iranian, US negotiators start new round of nuclear talks

Araqchi and Takht-Ravanchi held talks with their European and Russian counterparts on June 4 on how to draft a final agreement.
Along the talks at the deputy foreign ministers level, expert talks between Iran and the US are also being held, led by Hamid Baidinejad on the Iranian side and Stephen Clement on the US side.
US State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf had said the remaining issues between the sides included access to Iran`s sites as well as timing the easing of sanctions on Iran.
U.S. State Department’s Persian Language Spokesperson Alan Eyre told Trend June 4, "… resolving the remaining issues, such as the timetable for lifting of the sanction, transparency and access toward verification are necessary for reaching the final agreement".
Iran and P5+1 are hopeful to reach the final agreement by the end of June, but it is not clear whether the remained disagreements be resolved in a month or not.
Answering a question about the recognizing the possibility of extending the talks, Eyre said, "We are not thinking about extending the deadline to reach agreement with Iran. We are focusing on June 30th as the deadline. If we work seriously and with goodwill, we will be able to reach the agreement by the mentioned date".
