  Karabakh conflict discussed at Turkic Council meeting in Baku

The ongoing Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was discussed at an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Turkic Council in Baku Thursday, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Ramiz Hasanov said at a press conference, AzVision.az reports.

On behalf of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the deputy minister expressed gratitude to leaders of the Turkic Council member states for supporting Azerbaijan in this matter.

The meeting participants also discussed issues relating to granting an observer status to non-member states, developing cooperation with international organizations and opening of the Turkic Council’s Office in Hungary, Hasanov added.
