Some 1,314 parliamentary candidates will compete in the snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan scheduled for February 9, 2020, Mazahir Panahov, chairman of the country's Central Election Commission (CEC) said at a press conference on Saturday, AzVision.az reports.
