Voting at the early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan continue in line with European standards, Michelle Stephanie, a member of the observation mission of the European Centre for Democracy and Human Rights (ECDHR), told AzVision.az.
"I have made observations at some polling stations and the voting process is going on in line with int'l standards," Michelle Stephanie said.
She also noted that the use of invisible ink and ultra-violet detectors at polling stations is important in terms of conducting fair and transparent elections.
