Azerbaijani President meets Kyrgyz counterpart in Gabala
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today met Kyrgyz counterpart Almazbek Atambayev at the presidential residence in Gabala.

The presidents stressed the importance of the 3rd Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS) in Gabala.

They noted the Summit would give impetus to the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic, humanitarian and cultural fields.

Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Almazbek Atambayev hailed development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. The Heads of State said there were good prospects for cooperation in the field of transport.

During the conversation, the presidents also exchanged views on other issues of mutual concern.
