The early parliamentary elections were held in accordance with democratic and transparent manner, said Agustin Garcia Rubio, MP of Mexico at the press conference, AzVision.az reports.
"The parliamentary elections were formed in accordance with the integrity, confidentiality and responsibility. The elections allowed the representatives of foreign countries to contribute to the bilateral relations. I observed the election process in ten polling stations and did not record any violations", he said.
