President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of victory of the New Azerbaijan Party in the early parliamentary elections, AzVision.az reports.
