No Armenian missing people in Azerbaijan
In 2012, Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Security carried out investigation on 123 criminal cases about 428 persons, says report on the outcomes of 2012 sent by the Azerbaijani government to the parliament.
The report says that the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and State Committee for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons continued specifying and eliminating differences in the lists regarding the persons registered as missing. Corrected data on 38 persons were sent to the ICRC delegation to Azerbaijan.

It is noted that ICRC’s letter to the State Commission that contained the list of 90 missing Armenians claimed to have been held in Azerbaijan was analyzed. The broad information regarding the list, which had been sent by Armenian Foreign Ministry to the organization’s delegation in Armenia, was submitted to ICRC. The analysis clarified that Armenia’s claims were groundless and ICRC was informed about it.
