The statement came from singer and ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu.
He urged not to turn the back to history and preserve every positive thing achieved by the countries in more than 300 years of friendship.
"We need to take into account that we are living on the same geographical space. One of the great personalities said that geography is a destiny. And naturally, the nations, the countries who live in the Eurasian space are connected by the geography and nothing can be done about it, regardless of the political system", Bulbuloglu said.
