Azerbaijani border guard killed as Armenia violates ceasefire

Armenia’s armed forces have once again committed a provocation by flagrantly violating ceasefire along the contact line of troops on the border with Azerbaijan.

On March 5, at 7:10 pm, Azerbaijani border guard, soldier Orkhan Pashazade was wounded as a result of sniper shelling by the enemy in the direction of Gushchu Ayrim village of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district, the State Border Service told AzVision.az.

The wounded soldier was immediately hospitalized, but doctors could not save him.

Armenia’s military-political leadership is fully responsible for killing the servicemen of the State Border Service, who had been protecting Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized borders.
