The move follows reports saying hotels where Iranian nuclear negotiators have been staying in the past year or so had been bugged by Israel.
According to a report on June 10, the Moscow-based software security firm Kaspersky Lab ZAO found out that three hotels where Iranian diplomats had been staying during their visit to the two countries for holding nuclear talks had been attacked by a computer virus.
The virus had been used to penetrate desktop computers, elevator microphones, etc.
A version of Duqu, the virus had attacked the places days before Iranian diplomats were to arrive there.
The Iranian embassies writing the letters have called for thorough investigations into the case as well as taking stronger actions to make sure of the security of the places where Iranian negotiators are to stay from now on.
The Iranian diplomats have been visiting Vienna and Geneva to hold talks on Iran`s nuclear program with the group 5+1 (the US, UK, France, Russia, China and Germany).
The talks are expected to end in a comprehensive deal by the end of June.
