SOCAR, Rosneft hold talks on oil reverse on Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline

SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) and Russian Rosneft company are holding talks on possible reverse of Urals oil on Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, in the amount of five million tonnes a year, the head of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev told journalists on Monday.
