An earthquake has erupted in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
It struck at 10:33:43, at a distance of 143 kilometres to the south east from the Gala station, the Seismological Service Centre of Azerbaijan`s National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) reported on Monday.
According to the report, the magnitude of the earthquake was around 3.30.
