The Agreement was signed on January 31, 2020, in Kyiv.
Note that according to the law, family members of Azerbaijani diplomats in Ukraine will be able to engage in paid labour activity.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the implementation of paid employment by family members of employees of diplomatic missions and consulates, AzVision.az reports.
