It is one of the main priorities of the foreign policy of Iran to hold Islamic solidarity at center stage in terms of supporting the settlement of the Palestine, Karabakh and other conflicts of Islamic countries, reads the statement of the Embassy of Iran Islamic Republic to Azerbaijan on the International Quds Day.
"Iran has always supported the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan at the international organisation as well as, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. We have also highlighted the significance of the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in accordance with the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and international principles", says the statement.
