The letter reads as follow:

On behalf of the people of Georgia and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations to you on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - the Republic Day.
On this significant day, I would like to emphasize that Georgia attaches great importance to the development of friendly and mutually beneficial relations with our strong partner, the Republic of Azerbaijan. I am confident that the close cooperation between our countries will deepen and strengthen for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Today, as we face a global pandemic, I would like to highlight the efforts and successes of your government in the fight against COVID-19. I believe that with our joint efforts we can prevent the coronavirus."
