The first Kazakh president expressed confidence that centuries-long traditional friendship and cooperation between the two nations will continue developing comprehensively in the future.
“Using this opportunity, dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I wish you the best of health and great sucess, and the people of Azerbaijan peace and well-being,” he added.
