Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to increase the salaries of the employees of a number of budget-funded organizations.
The salaries of the heads and other employees of the below-mentioned budget-funded organizations are increase by 10% from September 1, 2013:
- Presidium and administration of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, administration of Nakhchivan branch, administration of Ganja branch, Center for Scientific Innovations;
- Heydar Aliyev Center;
- Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAj);
-Scientific Center "Azerbaijan National Encyclopedia ";
- Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan;
-State archives of the Republic of Azerbaijan and their branches, regional (city) archives;
- Working Group of the Interagency Commission on the Protection of State Secrets under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Working Group of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons;
- Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Abuse and Drug Trafficking of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- State Film Fund of the Culture and Tourism Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its Nakhchivan branch;
-Fund for the Development of Science under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- State Fund for Support of Mass Media Development under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Secretariat of the Council of State Support for NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
-Youth Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to ensure the 10% increase of the salaries of the budget-funded organizations` employees who are not public servants, determine the new amount of the salaries of the heads and other employees of the organizations mentioned in the order.
