The speaker will meet with Turkish officials and heads of delegations attending the funeral during the visit.
Head of the Azerbaijani Parliament`s Administration Sefa Mirzayev and other officials will also participate in the funeral.
The visit will last till June 19.

Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov will visit Ankara on June 18 to attend the funeral of 9th Turkish President Suleyman Demirel, the parliament told.
