The statement came from CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha during the teleconference Moscow-Astana-Yerevan on June 18.
Answering the question about the fact that Russia sells arms to Azerbaijan, Nikolai Bordyuzha said that the sale is carried out by the decision of the leadership of Russia, taking into account the need to observe parity.
"While making each decision the factor to observe parity is considered. Besides the fact that Russia is selling weapons to Azerbaijan, she also sells it to Armenia," the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization recalled.
