The statement came from Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan speaking at the 89th seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly `Rose-Roth` in Yerevan. He was commenting on Azerbaijan`s statements regarding the need to expand the format of the OSCE Minsk Group by involving Turkey and Germany.
According to Armenian minister, the state of relative peace has been preserved owing to the OSCE Minsk Group for all those years though sometimes ceasefire is violated on the contact line.
"We believe that this process must continue and become constructive. New mechanisms must be adopted to build trust", Ohanyan said.
