During the recent weeks, the number of infections grows rapidly on a daily basis. There is a tendency to increase the number of deaths. There is a deterioration in the sanitary-epidemiological situation, which worsened after the easing of the quarantine regime, Yagut Garayeva, head of the department of the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units in Azerbaijan (TABIB), said.
"The number of people using masks on the streets and in transport has increased. If every citizen protects himself, he will support our joint work. President Ilham Aliyev praised healthcare workers at the opening of modular hospitals. We thank the President for his assessment," Yagut Garayeva also added.
