2.5 mln. tons of oil refined in Azerbaijan this year

2.5 mln. tons of oil refined in Azerbaijan this year

2.5 mln. tons of oil were refined in Azerbaijan during January-May of this year.

The oil refining has decreased by 61.3 thousand tons compared to relevant period of the last year.

Note that the oil refining in Azerbaijan is implemented in SOCAR’s Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery (BOR). The refining of about 6.1 mln. tons of oil in BOR is being forecasted.
