PACE: Russia is an aggressor and occupant
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has adopted a resolution about persons who went missing during the conflict in Donbass.
The report is contained in Evropeyskaya Pravda newspaper.

In line with the resolution, the Ukrainian side has committed to take actions on support of families of those who went missing and adopt a bill on missing people.

In addition, PACE recognized Russia as an aggressor-state and Crimea as an occupied land. It is noted that 7 of 55 participants voted against recognition of Russia as an aggressor.
