Today’s Armenians have split into two around the world, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of the Presidential Administration and director of the foreign relations department at the Administration, tweeted on June 29.
“Some Armenians have settled in different countries in various way and are having fun there, struggling for the country while in dependence, whereas others are suffering in the homeland instead of them,” Mammadov said.
