Turkey expresses concern over mounting pressure on Uighurs in China
The Turkish Foreign Ministry has released a statement to express its concern over the mounting pressure on Turkic-speaking Uighurs in China
Turkish community is disappointed by Turkic-speaking Uighurs being forbidden from fasting and performing other acts of worship, said the statement.

“Our deep concern over the news coming from the People’s Republic of China, whose territorial integrity, stability and security we greatly respect, has been conveyed to the Chinese ambassador to Ankara,” said the statement.
