Tana de Zulueta will be the Head of the OSCE`s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) election observation mission, which will arrive in Azerbaijan to observe elections, a report of the OSCE/ODIHR said on Wednesday.
The report said that, a press conference will be held on August 29 on the occasion of the formal opening of the election observation mission.
