Azerbaijani president confers high special ranks on interior ministry officers

Azerbaijani president confers high special ranks on interior ministry officers

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring high special ranks on three officers of the Interior Ministry.

Under the order, police General Major Ismat Rashid oghlu Aliyev was promoted to police General Lieutenant, and police colonels Seyfulla Sattar oghlu Azimov and Akbar Arif oghlu Yusifov to police General Major.
