According to the statement, entrance to Karabakh from Armenia by vehicles is halted, except for measures taken to evacuate roads and for the needs of the separatist "army" and the "government".
Entry will be allowed with a permission issued by the Armenian government.
The decision will come into force starting from October 2 at 14.00 with Yerevan time.
