"Electricity tariffs is Armenia`s internal issue which cannot be discussed with Russia", Peskov said on Tuesday answering the journalists`s question about whether the strained situation in Armenia during the telephone conversation of the Presidents of Russia and Armenia Vladimir Putin and Serzh Sargsyan.
Peskov noted that the issue was discussed in the context of bilateral relations.
"The accent was mainly made to bilateral relations", he said.
"The sides mainly discussed bilateral relations, of which we have already reported", Peskov said.
On occasion of Armenian president`s birthday, Sargsyan and Putin held a telephone conversation, during which they discussed the issues of deepening relations and development of cooperation in all spheres between the two countries.
