  OSCE CIO welcomes humanitarian ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh

OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Raamal welcomes humanitarian ceasefire that just entered in force in Nagorno-Karabakh context after talks in Moscow, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Albania in Vienna and the 2020 Albanian OSCE Chairmanship tweeted on Saturday.

"We need stability, both on ground & in the process led by Minsk Group Co-Chairs. This agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan paves way for substantive negotiations,” the mission noted.

After Friday’s trilateral meeting between the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian foreign ministers in Moscow, a ceasefire was declared in Nagorno-Karabakh for humanitarian purposes.
