Kremlin comments on possible involvement of third countries in Karabakh conflict settlement

The involvement of third countries in the existing settlement formats on Nagorno-Karabakh depends on the political will of the parties to the conflict, AzVision.az cited Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as saying on Thursday.

Peskov noted that there are two parties to the conflict – Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“Involvement of third countries in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is possible only with the consent of both parties,” the spokesman said commenting on Turkey’s possible participation in the settlement process.
