  Police of Kharkov city initiated criminal case on firing of Azerbaijan

Ukrainian law enforcement agencies will guard all Azerbaijani and Armenian missions in the country after the shelling of the Azerbaijani Consulate in Kharkov, Chief of the National Police of Ukraine Igor Klimenko told reporters.

"The police will take all measures to arrest those involved in this heinous crime and to prevent ethnic clashes in our country," he said.

All official representations of Azerbaijan and Armenia will be under police protection in the near future.

"We call on everyone, especially members of the diaspora, citizens of both countries in Ukraine, to be tolerant and patient with each other," the statement said.

Note, at about 06:30 (GMT+4) on November 7, the building of the Honorary Consulate of Azerbaijan in Kharkov (Ukraine) was fired at . 

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry made a statement that the building the Honorary Consulate of Azerbaijan in Kharkov (Ukraine) was fired at, there were no casualties and the police of Kharkov city initiated a criminal case.
