The eleventh President of Turkey Abdullah Gul sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Azvision.az reports.
The letter reads as follows:
"Dear President, my dear brother
The liberation of Azerbaijan’s lands occupied by Armenia for many years was the best gift to me. I am very pleased and proud of the success you have achieved on the frontline thanks to the heroism of the Azerbaijani people and army.
I am convinced that under the wise leadership of Your Excellency, the Nagorno-Karabakh will soon be liberated from the Armenian occupation and this longing will end soon.
My dear brother, I wish you and your family good health and happiness, the brotherly people of Azerbaijan well-being and peace. I wish God's mercy to our Azerbaijani brothers killed in the war, and fast recovery to the wounded. "
