Arayik Harutyunyan: "Defeat was inevitable"

Arayik Harutyunyan: "Defeat was inevitable"

Leader of Karabakh separatists Arayik Harutyunyan addressed Armenians on his Facebook page.

Harutyunyan acknowledged that Azerbaijan had won the Karabakh war. He added that defeat was inevitable for the Armenians.

"I don't know how history will evaluate yesterday's decision, but we had to do it. If the process continued so, we would have more victims, " Harutyunyan noted.
