Karabakh has always been an integral part of Azerbaijan - Vladimir Putin

According to international law, Karabakh has always been an integral part of Azerbaijan, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview to the Rossiya-24 channel.

Putin continued noting that, CSTO could not interfere in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict since no direct attack on territory of Armenia was made.

Putin also said that if Armenia refuses agreements on settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh it would be "suicidal".

He added that in this case Armenia would be making a huge mistake.
