“We welcome the ceasefire necessary to find a political solution and determine the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh. France, one of the EU member states, is a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and willing to play a political role in resolving the conflict. This will be discussed by ministers,” an EU official said.
On November 10, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a trilateral statement on cessation of all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
